There’s a growing army of Artisan Food and Drink Producers in the UK, producing a huge variety of fabulous tasting products.  The range may be diverse but the one thing they all have in common is the love and passion they put into their products.

A lot of these Artisan Producers start with a passion for making something for their friends and family which grows as everyone tells them how fabulous it is.  Some then take it to the next level and make to sell at Farmers Markets, or in local shops.

Most Artisanal food producers will continue to make their food and drink products in small batches.  This gives them an amazing ability to try new flavours and bring new products to market.  Most of these Artisan Producers are either out in the cold at Artisan Markets, or doing their own deliveries to Farm Shops and Delis.  This means they get feedback about their flavours and products and can continually improve and innovate.

The love and passion which goes into the Artisan Products means the quality of the ingredients that goes into them is really important.  Many will source their ingredients locally, and some will even grown the ingredients themselves.
