Hi, I’m Sophie and I’ve been making vegan pies and snacks since 2014. My business is 100% vegan and all my tasty products are hand-made on the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire border by myself and my wonderful baking team.
Making everything from scratch in a purpose built kitchen. I am committed to being a palm oil free business and use quality ingredients including organically sourced and untreated flour. Organic and fair trade coconut oil and many other organically sourced ingredients. I pre-package my products in biodegradable clear wrappers which you can place in your compost bin. I aim to be as environmentally caring as possible.
Gaining 4 awards at The British Pie awards one in 2016, a bronze for the Tamarind Sweet Potato and 3 bronze awards in 2019 for The Tamarind Sweet potato, The Squashed and The Smoked Beetroot.
I’m proud to have developed my own vegan pastry recipe that does not contain palm oil or soya.

The Tamarind Sweet Potato A double award winning pie in 2016 and 2019 at the British Pie Awards. Full to the brim with sweet potato, chick peas, coconut, lime, tamarind and turmeric, very moreish!
Filled with butternut squash, red lentils, chana dhal, carrot, ginger and cumin, a mild Moroccan inspired warming flavour.
Filled with organically sourced tempeh and black chick peas, with mushrooms and vegetables in a rich stout and onion gravy.
filled with beetroot, carrot, red onion and apple roasted with balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and dill. Added to the mix are chick peas that I spoke over cherry wood chips then blend to give a full bodied smoky flavour
