About 5 Seeded Sourdough Loaf

5 Seeded Sourdough loaf – We use our country sourdough (a blend of Wholemeal, dark rye and white flours) as the base for our 5-seeded loaf. We then mix Sunflower, Pumpkin, Sesame, Brown and Golden Linseeds to the dough and then top the loaf with seeds as well, before baking.

This is a delicious loaf that works well with both sweet and savoury fillings.
