The Holy Smokery’s Hot Smoked Duck Confit with Clove & Long Pepper is gently smoked over Cherrywood for four hours after being cured with Cloves, Sea Salt, Long Pepper, Bay Leaves & Black Garlic, then gently cooked in duck fat until tender.
Warm the skin in a hot pan and heat in the oven at 180° for ten minutes until hot throughout. Delicious shredded into wild mushroom risottos, lentils and cabbage or pasta dishes
