The Holy Smokery’s Hot Smoked Herb Fed Chicken Breast. Sourced from Free Range, Herb-Fed Poultry in York. Gently smoked over oak chips, gradually increasing the heat over a six hour period, resulting in perfectly cooked chicken with a subtle, yet distinctive smoked flavour.

Delicious served at room temperature or entry warmed in the oven. Add to sandwiches, salads, quiches, risotto and pasta dishes. Perfect addition to a Caesar Salad.
