About Hot Smoked Spring-Fed Kilnsey Trout

The Holy Smokery’s Hot Smoked Kilnsey Trout is Spring-Fed, Award-Winning Kilnsey Trout reared in natural spring water.  It is filleted by hand and smoked over a mix of oak and beech to ensure the perfect delicate smoked blend.

Delicious served at room temperature or gently warmed in the oven. Add to salads, quiches and pasta dishes.

Flavour Affinities: Dill, Apple, Lemon & Creme Fraiche.
