About Renishaw Hall Rose Sparkling 2013

The Renishaw Rose Sparkling has fine bubbles and light mousse with a light salmon pink tone.  It’s delicate aroma has notes of raspberry, wild strawberry and hint of Bakewell Tart.  The taste has wild fruit, balanced acidity, with 2 years’ secondary fermentation producing autolytic notes.

Conclusion – simply delicious.
