Derby NeighbourFood

Derby NeighbourFood takes place every Tuesday at The Greyhound Pub on Friar Gate. You get to pre-order great products from local producers

About Derby NeighbourFood

We are Derby NeighbourFood. You can register online to buy the best of Derby’s local produce from home. Our collection night is every Tuesday, 5.30-7.30pm at The Greyhound pub, on Friar Gate, and the weekly online sale closes late night the previous Sunday.

Every week you’ll find great products direct from quality Derbyshire farmers, growers, bakers and makers. Come and meet the producers and enjoy a new way to eat well while supporting local producers and farmers around Derby.

How do we work?
  1. Browse and buy local food online, such as veg, eggs, milk, bread, honey, cheese, and more.
  2. Collect your food directly from producers at our assembly, in the pub on Tuesday evening.
  3. Enjoy local food

Interested? Register now to buy online. There is NO commitment to buy, and no minimum order quantities.

We have worked very hard to source produce from a variety of local farmers and growers, and will continue to do so. When we say “Yes to local!” we mean it. We have sourced most of our food from no more than 25 miles away (and closer when we can).

Remember that we are a community – get involved and let us and our producers know what you think about our assembly. Chat, questions and suggestions are all welcome, as are you!
